Inpartner (Investitori e Partner Immobiliari S.p.A.) was founded in November 2005 on Cesare Ferrero initiative, involving some of Italian leading players in manufacturing, financial and real estate industries.

The "Business Idea" underlying the birth of a new company relied on the will to create both an investor focused on real estate development initiatives and a service provider specialized in asset, general and project management.
